To ensure that customers always get their favourite newspaper or magazine there is both a home delivery news service, and a “shop save” magazine facility where a chosen publication is put aside for collection. The Locks Heath branch also offers services such as Collect+ and Amazon Locker, where online purchases can be delivered to a safe collection point.
